In the storm of The Joola
The book relates the story of a psychologist who actively intervened on the occasion of the drama of the boat Le Joola. The Joola sank off the coast of The Gambia in September 2002… It caused the death of nearly 1863 victims. This English translation of the original book in French was done by L. H. who, after having read the French original version, spontaneously took the initiative to translate it into English. It is therefore not a professional translation but rather the mark of a compassionate friendship.
